**Job Summary**
As an experienced Resolution Services Generalist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our Remote Customer Meeting Point. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner, while also providing proactive support to prevent future issues.
