**Role Overview**
As a remote travel agent with arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
* Researching and recommending vacation destinations to clients, taking into account their preferences, budget, and interests
* Planning and arranging tour packages, excursions, and activities that cater to our clients' needs and desires
* Preparing quotes and reviewing them with clients to facilitate bookings, ensuring that all details are accurate and up-to-date
* Crafting engaging social media posts and creative fliers that showcase our travel offerings and promote our brand
* Participating in various marketing activities, such as webinars, workshops, and social media campaigns, to promote our services and products
**Key Responsibilities**
* Research and recommend vacation destinations to clients
* Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and activities
* Prepare quotes and review them with clients
* Craft engaging social media posts and creative fliers
* Participate in marketing activities
* Book online domestic and international travel packages, including cruises, hotels, flights, cars, activities, and event tickets
* Create detailed itineraries and invoices for clients
* Follow up with clients to ensure they are well-prepared for their travel events
