**Overview of the Role**
As a remote Spanish bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. You will be working as an independent contractor, creating a schedule that works best for you within client hours of operation. **Schedule and Earnings**
The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs. Your earnings will vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

**Technology and Equipment Requirements**
To perform this role, you will need to have the following technology and equipment:
* **Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM**: You will need a reliable computer with sufficient RAM to handle multiple applications and software.
* **Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11**: You will need to have a compatible operating system to run our software and applications.
* **Wired USB headset with microphone**: You will need a high-quality headset with a microphone to ensure clear communication with customers.

**Contractual Relationship**
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
**Expected Salary**
The expected salary for this role is $17 to $20 per hour.
