**About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced Remote Night Shift Customer Service Agent to join our team on a part-time basis, working evening shifts from Monday to Friday (11:30pm to 8am PT). As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for assigning trips to dispatchers and Care Partners on a nightly basis, while also providing exceptional customer service to our members. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Night Shift Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assigning trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system (approx 700-900 per night)
* Building dispatchers' daily schedules with breaks and lunches taken into consideration
* Determining which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member
* Stacking trips to contracted Care Partners
* Answering inbound calls from members during evening hours
* Coordinating evening trips as they come in
* Assisting with Care Partner-related administrative tasks such as payment processing
* Assisting with Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation
* Healthcare experience preferred
* Consistently reliable and able to work evening shifts
