**Job Summary**
As a Remote Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service through live chat support. **Responsibilities**
As a Remote Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage information, and other travel-related concerns. You will also handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Your responsibilities will include:
