**About the Role**
As a member of our Customer Experience team, you'll handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their customers. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy will help create positive experiences for our customers and clients. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, navigating multiple systems to resolve complex issues and deliver comprehensive solutions.
**Responsibilities**
* Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Manage a steady volume of incoming calls, navigating multiple systems to resolve complex issues and deliver comprehensive solutions
* Respond to customer inquiries, addressing concerns and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support to customers
* Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Requirements**
* High school diploma, GED, or college degree
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy
* High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment
* Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
* Equipment provided and must be hardwired (no Wi-Fi)
* Successful completion of a background check
* Ability to successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class (no absences allowed)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Familiarity with healthcare-related terminology and concepts
