**Job Summary:**
We're hiring 20 talented Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, or Mississippi. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers, handling high volumes of inbound calls, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
**Responsibilities:**
* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service and extending courtesy and professionalism at all times
* Input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries
* Handle 75+ calls per day, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**
* At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience or equivalent (healthcare call center experience preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of calls and resolving complex customer issues
* Reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from
* Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm EST (40-hour work week)
* Start date: December 7th
