**Job Summary**
We are seeking experienced Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, or Mississippi. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers, answering inbound calls, inputting data, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Input data and maintain accurate records
* Provide courtesy and professionalism to all customers, both verbally and in writing
* Take 75+ calls per day, meeting or exceeding productivity standards
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
* Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

**Requirements**
* At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, with a preference for healthcare call center experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding productivity standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
* Reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from
* Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm EST (40-hour work week)
* Start date: December 7th
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with healthcare industry products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
