As a Remote Dispatcher & Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our dispatch center. • *Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Dispatcher & Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include: • Answering inbound customer calls and delivering timely, professional service • Accurately coordinating and dispatching field technicians to resolve maintenance issues at gas stations • Entering and maintaining customer account data in our system • Communicating effectively with customers via phone and Microsoft Outlook email • Demonstrating strong problem-solving and follow-through skills to resolve customer issues efficiently • *Training Schedule** Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
