• *Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Dispatcher & Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
• Answering inbound customer calls and delivering timely, professional service
• Accurately coordinating and dispatching field technicians to resolve maintenance issues at gas stations
• Entering and maintaining customer account data in our system
• Communicating effectively with customers via phone and Microsoft Outlook email
• Demonstrating strong problem-solving and follow-through skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
• *Training Schedule**
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. The training schedule is as follows:
• Weeks 1-2: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Weeks 3-4: Tuesday-Saturday, 12:00 PM-8:30 PM
• *Post-Training Schedules**
After completing the training program, you will have the opportunity to choose from one of the following schedules:
• Schedule 1: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Schedule 2: Friday-Tuesday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Schedule 3: Tuesday-Saturday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM
• Schedule 4: Thursday-Sunday, 9:30 AM-8:00 PM
• *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
• Home setup: Reliable high-speed internet and a private/quiet workspace
• Location: Ideally within 30 miles of Portland, OR (flexible for standout candidates elsewhere in Oregon)
• Experience: Proven tenure in call center or customer service roles
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, customer-focused, detail-oriented
• Tech proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, with daily use of Outlook
• *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
• Previous experience dispatching or coordinating technicians (HVAC, petroleum, etc.)
• Typing skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
