**Job Summary**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Conducting thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity
* Resolving problems and discrepancies in shared mailboxes and work queues, which may involve collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Identifying and resolving errors in various reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and monitoring records
* Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop effective solutions to complex problems
* Utilizing Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project, to perform data entry and analysis tasks
**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in data analysis and studies, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
* Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
* 1-2 years of relevant experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* Healthcare industry experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Education**
A High School Diploma is required for this role.
