**Job Summary:**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You'll work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, identify and correct errors, and provide exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with Aetna enrollment package records
* Resolve discrepancies and errors in eligibility records, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions
* Collaborate with various teams, including healthcare providers, to resolve issues and improve patient outcomes
* Monitor and track records, identifying trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and families
* Utilize Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project, to perform data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and resolution, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
* High School Diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Healthcare industry experience, preferably in data entry, analysis, and resolution
* Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
* Certification in medical coding, billing, or a related field
