**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Resolving discrepancies and correcting errors in eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity
* Collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve complex issues and implement green resolutions
* Analyzing and reconciling eligibility records across multiple systems
* Monitoring and tracking records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Providing excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders
* Working with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems and address customer inquiries
* Identifying and resolving errors in multiple reports and documents
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and record studies
* Healthcare industry experience (desirable)
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
* Excellent verbal, trouble-solving, and written communication skills
* High School Diploma or equivalent
