**Key Responsibilities**
* Complete data entry tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner
* Participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
* Provide feedback and insights to clients and stakeholders
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
* Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues through email, phone, and video conferencing
* Meet productivity and quality standards, as set by arenaflex
**Requirements**
* Education: Varies by study – all education levels accepted
* Current USA resident
* Speak, read, and understand English/Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities are available)
* Able to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support (helpful but not mandatory)
* Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Experience with online research and data collection tools
