**Key Responsibilities**
* Complete data entry tasks, including typing and recording information accurately and efficiently
* Participate in online focus groups and product testing, providing valuable feedback and insights
* Conduct research trials, following instructions and completing tasks as directed
* Use Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and track progress
* Communicate effectively with arenaflex team members and study participants
* Meet deadlines and complete tasks to a high standard
**Essential Qualifications**
* Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
* Current USA resident
* Ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus)
* Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel helpful but not mandatory
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support
* Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Experience with online research and product testing
