**Key Responsibilities**
* Enter data into our system with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Conduct online research and participate in product testing and focus groups
* Use Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and manage your work
* Participate in online surveys and focus groups to provide feedback on products and services
* Meet productivity and quality standards to ensure high-quality work
**Requirements**
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
* Current USA resident
* Speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus as more opportunities are available)
* Able to focus and follow through on tasks
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support
* Data entry skills, with the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Experience with online research and product testing
* Familiarity with Microsoft Word or Excel
**Pay and Benefits**
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
* Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
