You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling incoming customer service calls, responding to client requests, and creating and explaining individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system. **Key Responsibilities** * Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility * Handle incoming customer service calls * Dispatch incoming customer phone calls * Accept customer calls and return customer * Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests * Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system * Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Knowledge of benefits administration and enrollment processes * Experience working with clients in a sales or service capacity * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
