Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, addressing a variety of customer inquiries and service needs.
- Active Listening & Solution Discovery: Use strong probing and active listening skills to fully understand customer concerns, identify root issues, and recommend the most appropriate solutions.
- Sales & Retention Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to add value, upsell relevant offerings, and convert inquiries into successful outcomes.

Essential Qualifications
