Your primary duties will include: * Responding promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and resolving issues efficiently * Providing accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer concerns * Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records of financial exchanges * Performing data entry tasks to update customer information and track interactions * Engaging in outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support * Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor * Collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality * Assisting in training new staff members on customer service protocols and best practices **Experience and Qualifications** While experience in client services or customer support is preferred, it's not mandatory.
