**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient lead generation
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask and adapt to a quick-paced work environment
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service software (training provided)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry
- Gaming experience (helpful, but not necessary)
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and its products and services
- Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools

**Application Requirements**
To apply for this role, you'll need to:
- Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
- Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
- Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
- Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
