As an Experienced Remote Chat Agent at arenaflex, your responsibility will be to support users through live chat by resolving login issues, helping with order confirmations, issuing promo codes, and guiding users through self-service options. You'll follow detailed SOPs and use canned replies, with full documentation provided for every step. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple chats simultaneously via dashboard tools, and using templated responses and internal documentation to resolve tickets.

**Minimum Requirements**

**Pay Breakdown & Scheduling Options**
Start at $25/hour
Increase to $30–$35/hour after 30 successful shifts with QA approval
Shifts are booked through a self-service portal. Options are available 24/7, including overnight and weekend hours. Minimum commitment: 15 hours/week.
**Training Flow**
- Complete a 2-hour virtual onboarding
- Practice simulated chats
- First real shift reviewed by QA team for feedback
- Paid shifts usually begin within 3–5 business days

On a Friday shift from 8 AM to 2 PM, you handle support tickets for three users—one with a billing question, one requesting a temporary pause, and one with a login error. Everything is handled through chat, using built-in prompts and saved replies.
