**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and text messaging. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their queries, provide product information, and offer personalized support. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner
* Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet our high standards
* Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and personalized support
* Identify and report system errors or anomalies, helping us to continuously improve our customer engagement platform
* Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, meeting our productivity and quality standards
* Operate within multiple software platforms, including our proprietary customer engagement platform
* Meet or exceed our ERA (Efficiency and Responsiveness Average) targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
**Education & Skills Required**
* Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles, including current trends and developments
* High school diploma or GED, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
* Access to high-speed internet, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from home
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Work Schedule**

* Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
