As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working with customers from all walks of life to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying customer inquiries, issues, and concerns. This will involve:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling when required
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in an automotive or related industry)
* Over 18 years of age
* The ability to type 25 wpm
* A high school graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* The ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure that you have a seamless and productive work experience, we require:
* Internet Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps
+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps
+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
+ Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
* Proof of internet speed required
* A clean and quiet workspace
