At arenaflex, the sky is the limit! **Responsibilities** As a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Connect with customers**: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * **Calmly resolve issues**: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. * **Escalate interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. * **Respond to requests**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * **Track call information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Provide feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues. * **Upsell**: Upsell if required. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
