At arenaflex, we believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we're committed to helping them grow and succeed in their careers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers' baggage and cargo arrive safely and on time. Your daily tasks will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customers' destination. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, often in harsh weather conditions. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority.
