Job Summary
As a Quality Engineer and Analyst II, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process enhancements, and analyze data to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful deployment of new tools and processes

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related discipline. You will also need to have a strong foundation in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Microsoft SQL Server, Informix, and Microsoft PowerApps is highly desirable, as is the ability to create process maps and value stream maps.

- Experience in a quality engineering or analyst role, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of lean principles and methodologies
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
