**Key Responsibilities**
As a Quality Assurance Engineer I, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing an in-depth understanding of fulfillment center and IXD automation, assessing their quality, and identifying areas for improvement
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure an aligned view on the quality of the product being validated
* Ideating and authoring validation plans from written product requirements, with a clear focus on specific test cases to be executed against
* Measuring and reporting machine metrics, providing thoughtful test reports that quantify and prove product maturity
* Working closely with partner teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment on quality standards
**About the Team**
You'll be joining a team of passionate and dedicated Engineers who genuinely care about the Customer. Our team uses data and scientific methods to measure the quality of the product, and we're committed to preventing failures from entering the field. We're a collaborative and dynamic team that thrives on innovation and customer-centricity.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
* Experience in automation testing, including UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI)
* Experience in manual testing and automation testing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in API & Mobile testing
* Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure adequate coverage and control
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong understanding of Mechatronics Sustainable Packaging automation technology and its applications
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with automation testing tools, including Selenium and SOAPUI
* Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Base pay ranging from $75,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $183,100/year in our highest geographic market
