**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Operations Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading high-priority projects across the RES division, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business-critical initiatives. You'll work closely with our PMO team to develop and implement project management best practices, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the project management of high-priority projects across the RES division, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
* Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project plans, risk and issue logs, and dashboards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business-critical initiatives and ensure alignment with arenaflex's strategic objectives
* Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, promoting a customer-centric approach to project management
* Develop and implement project management best practices, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects
* Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver high-quality results
* Analyze project data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
* Develop and maintain effective communication plans, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
* Collaborate with the PMO team to develop and implement project management methodologies and tools, ensuring consistency and best practices across the organization
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
* Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering high-priority projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
* Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop project team members
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
**What Will Give You an Edge**
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience managing projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI) principles
* Experience with PowerApps, Sharepoint, and project management software
