**Job Summary**
As a Product Principal - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for connecting strategies and defining scope across multiple product teams and domains. You'll work closely with Product Directors and cross-functional program leaders to drive business value, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction through the production of high-quality products. Your expertise will be invaluable in generating innovative ideas for growth, driving change management, and process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Delivery and Execution (10%):**
+ Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope is known and aligned.
+ Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products align with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
* **Strategy and Planning (60%):**
+ Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes and cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs.
+ Lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers (DEs), and balanced teams.
+ Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams (inputs for planning sessions).
+ Provide visibility of work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies.
* **Team and Stakeholder (30%):**
+ Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery.
+ Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments.
+ Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience.
**Requirements**
* **Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Must be eighteen years of age or older.
+ Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
