**Job Summary**
As a Process Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pricing analytics & operations team. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Auditing operations teams' and system outputs to identify areas for improvement
* Suggesting and implementing process/system improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
* Identifying emerging process performance trends and developing strategies to address them
* Interacting with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
* Maintaining quality metrics and tracking progress towards process goals
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct regular audits of operations teams' and system outputs to identify areas for improvement
* Analyze data and identify trends and patterns to inform process improvements
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
* Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
* Maintain quality metrics and track progress towards process goals
* Develop and implement strategies to address emerging process performance trends
* Provide regular updates and reports to management on process performance and progress towards goals
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, operations, quality assurance)
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
