As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same.
**Responsibilities**
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Resolving Complex Consumer Issues**: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues
* **Assisting Policy Holders**: Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and provide support with policy changes
* **Supporting Policy Holder Needs**: Provide recommendations and adjust as necessary to support policy holder needs
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. If you have:
* **6 Months Customer Service Experience**: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
* **Over 18 Years of Age**: Be at least 18 years old
* **Ability to Type 25 WPM**: Have the ability to type 25 words per minute
* **High School Graduate or GED**: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
* **Comfort with Desktop Computer System**: Be comfortable using a desktop computer system
* **Proven Oral & Written Communication Skills**: Possess proven oral and written communication skills
* **6 Months Call Center Experience**: Preferably have 6 months of call center experience
* **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: Have logical problem-solving skills
* **Availability to Work Various Shifts**: Be available to work various shifts
* **Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems**: Be able to use Windows operating systems
* **Organization and Work Prioritization Skills**: Possess organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need:
* **Internet Connection Requirements**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
