**Responsibilities**
As a Phone and Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Managing multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
* Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy in handling different topics
* Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives

* 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required

* Previous remote work from home experience a plus

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
As a Phone and Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you will receive:
* Starting pay of $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
* Work hours: Shifts between 8:30am-7:30pm (CST) Work Days: Mon-Fri and rotating weekends
* Paid training: 3 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)
* Status: Full-time 40 hours
* Equipment provided: Equipment will be shipped to you for full-time permanent employees
* Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
