**Scope of Responsibilities**
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will work under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, following standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing customer service and problem resolution to assigned facilities
* Accurately entering patient profiles and medications
* Maintaining accurate information for patients and facilities
* Billing and crediting each facility appropriately and accurately each month
* Maintaining reasonable production as determined by supervisor
* May be required to travel to individual homes for meetings or drug exchanges
* May assist in orienting and training new employees
* Completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Attendance Requirements**
As a remote employee, you must be available and on-time for scheduled work shifts. You may be required to work nights and weekends as needed.
**Educational Requirements**
* Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
* Preferred: AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration or related field
**Experience**
* Preferred: Hospital, Long-term Care, or Retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred
* 3-6 months experience as a pharmacy technician
**Required Certifications**
* Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician (Vermont Employees)
* Registered with the State of New Hampshire as a Pharmacy Technician (New Hampshire Employees)
* Registered with the State of Ohio as a Pharmacy Technician (Ohio Employees Only)
**Special Conditions of Employment**
* Drug test
* Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring

**Compensation**
* $14.56 - $19.45 an hour
