**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provides exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Processes transactions accurately and efficiently, including ringing up sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing voids and discounts
* Maintains a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and performing other tasks as assigned
* Assists customers with finding products and answering questions about our services and products
* Models and conveys a positive and professional image of arenaflex, adhering to our company values and policies
* Performs other tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions
**Client Experience:**
* Draws in customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
* Settles customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience
* Models and offers customer service best practices with all colleagues to deliver a positive and exceptional customer experience
**Tasks:**
* Provides customers with gracious, friendly, quick, and effective help
* Recommends products available for purchase to customers and suggests upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Registers customer buys on assigned sales register, collects cash, and distributes change as needed; processes voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades as necessary
* Takes customers to the OTC walkway when possible to help with finding products
* Keeps counters and retires clean and well-promoted, takes stock, and maintains records
* Checks in and costs stock as required or as directed by senior supervisor or imparted by the shift leader
**System Summary:**
* Models and conveys a particular and great client experience
* Registers deals on relegated sales register, provides clients with considerate, fair, agreeable, and proficient checkout administration
* As per state and government guidelines, helps the drug specialist, under direct management, in the act of drug store
* Liable for utilizing drug store frameworks to acquire patient and medication data and cycle remedies
**Preparation and Self-Improvement:**
* Procures and keeps up with PTCB certificate through the assigned PTCB preparing program and additionally state required confirmation/enrollment
* Goes to preparing and finishes PPLs mentioned by Supervisor or relegated by corporate and secures proceeding with training credits
* Keeps up with information and expertise in medical services and drug store, including most recent news and advancements
**Essential Capabilities:**
* Should be conversant in perusing, composing, and communicating in English
* Expects eagerness to work adaptable timetable, including nights and end of the week hours
