**Key Responsibilities**
As a Permit Technician / Customer Service Processing Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting our employees as they process and submit applications for over-dimensional trucking permits. Your responsibilities will include:
* Submitting oversize/overweight trucking permit applications to states' permit offices and following up on applications to ensure permits are returned as quickly as possible
* Ensuring the accuracy of submitted permit applications
* Keeping our customers informed of the statuses of their orders
* Performing various tasks that support our permit staff in providing exceptional customer service
* Collaborating with our team to achieve our goal of delivering the best customer service in the industry
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* An extremely motivated and hard-working attitude
* An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
* Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office and modern web browsers
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks and demands at the same time
* A willingness to work 9am to 6pm, with training hours differing
