Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we're committed to creating a vibrant and inclusive community that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Payments Analyst to join our team, responsible for supporting the administration of key seller connections, including monthly and quarterly business audits with payment card organizations. As a Payments Analyst, you'll be responsible for accumulating and analyzing data for presentations to Senior Leadership, performing daily reviews that may impact business performance and decisioning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the administration of key seller connections, including monthly and quarterly business audits with payment card organizations * Accumulate and analyze data for presentations to Senior Leadership, including regular payment metrics * Perform daily reviews that may impact business performance and decisioning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success * Learn, maintain, and influence automated reporting processes * Use data visualization tools to demonstrate the execution of business KPIs * Help with the goal and tracking of payment card network compliance issues * Provide project support and guidance to other colleagues * Satisfy ad-hoc demands and complete special projects * Develop new skills as needed to support the needs of the Payments Group and the Financial Services Division **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * 25% Critical Thinking/Problem-Solving: Identify and execute process and organizational improvements, design and ensure execution of financial division targets * Responsible for planning annual confidential name credit card budget for all products and business lines * Lead financial forecasting capability and make suitable recommendations * 25% Foster systems that incorporate financial products and services into core businesses and new key initiatives * Own and manage activities to ensure timely completion and best quality * Create and execute detailed project plan/execution plans * 25% Accumulate and analyze data for presentations to Senior Leadership * Provide project support and guidance to other colleagues * Review and endorse their project plans and decisions on a case-by-case basis * 25% Assess financial and operational/quality consequences of new projects against predetermined objectives * Decide if projects should be carried out, make recommendations to Senior Leadership and, if necessary, assist with creating execution procedures **Reporting Structure** This position typically reports to a Senior Director of Payments or Chief Payments Officer. This position has no direct reports. **Travel Requirements** Normally requires occasional travel under 10% of the time. **Physical Requirements** Mostly spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects. **Working Conditions** Located in a comfortable indoor area.
