You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to accurately input patient information into our electronic medical records system, ensuring that all data is complete, accurate, and confidential. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role. **Key Responsibilities** - **Collect and Accurately Enter Patient Information**: You will be responsible for collecting and accurately entering patient information into our electronic medical records system, ensuring that all data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. - **Review and Correct Data**: You will review all data for completeness and accuracy, making necessary corrections to ensure the highest level of care for our patients. - **Maintain Confidentiality**: You will ensure that all patient information is handled with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with HIPAA regulations. - **Communicate Effectively**: You will communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to clarify any missing or incorrect information, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. - **Maintain and Update Patient Records**: You will maintain and update patient records on a regular basis to reflect changes in their health status, ensuring that all data is current and accurate. - **Attend Training Sessions**: You will attend training sessions to stay current on software updates and new technology in data entry and management, ensuring that you are always up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques. - **Collaborate with Team Members**: You will collaborate with other team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency, ensuring that our data entry processes are efficient and effective. **Requirements** - **Education**: You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's degree preferred. - **Experience**: You must have proven experience working in data entry or a similar role, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and electronic medical records systems. - **Organizational Skills**: You must have excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. - **Communication Skills**: You must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and other team members. - **Technical Skills**: You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software, with the ability to learn new software and technology quickly. **Working Conditions** This position can be performed both off-site and on-site at our offices.
