As a remote call center customer service representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and exceeding customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities** As a Patient Care Advocate, you will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries from members, providers, physicians, and internal and external clients related to pharmacy benefits.
