You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their inquiries, and providing solutions to their problems. This is an entry-level position, and full training will be provided, so you don't need any prior experience in live chat sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to incoming live chat inquiries from customers via our website and social media channels
* Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and answering questions
* Utilize provided steps and instructions to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
* Work independently to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously

**Requirements**
* A device with access to social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

* Reliable internet connection
* Availability of at least 10 hours per week (up to 20 hours per week)
