**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of our data. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Comparing data entered with source documents, or reentering data in verification format on screen to detect errors
* Entering alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen and entering necessary codes
* Auditing customer data for accuracy; making necessary adjustments
* Performing or assisting with other duties and projects as needed
* Complying with HIPAA guidelines as outlined in the RMS HIPAA Security
* Identifying, analyzing, and reporting data issues related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, and completeness of source documents
* Providing analytical governance skills to maintain successful productivity for the team
**Compliance Policy**

**Qualifications**

* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

**Education/Experience**

**Environmental Conditions**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll work in an indoor climate-controlled environment with a moderate to quiet noise level.
**Physical Requirements**
While performing the duties of this job, you'll regularly be required to communicate verbally and in written form. You'll also need to utilize a laptop and other electronic devices effectively, and lift and/or move up to 20 pounds (laptop computer, bag, and accessories).

This is a part-time remote position, with expected hours not exceeding 25 per week.
**Pay**
The hourly rate for this position is $15.50 per hour.
**Experience**
While experience is not required, Microsoft Excel proficiency is preferred, with at least 1 year of experience.
**Ability to Commute**
We prefer candidates who can commute from Oklahoma City, OK 73120.
**Ability to Relocate**
Relocation to Oklahoma City, OK 73120 is required before starting work.
