**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for maintaining promotional, clearance, and permanent price changes in our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. You'll work closely with our merchants and stores to ensure seamless communication and resolve any price change-related issues that may arise. **Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* **Price Change Management**: Review and enter all price change requests received from merchant organizations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* **Data Analysis**: Understand data and ability to spot price change discrepancies, ensuring that all changes are accurately reflected in our systems.
* **Promotional Pricing**: Understand complex promotional price changes and how they feed into our systems, ensuring seamless execution.
* **Cost and Price Changes**: Review and enter stores-submitted cost and price changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* **Oracle Pricing and SAP Ecommerce Systems**: Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, ensuring seamless integration.
* **AP Collaboration**: Work with our Accounts Payable team to reopen POS for invoice submission, ensuring timely payment processing.
* **Weekly Price Change Reports**: Manage and review weekly price change reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* **Ad Hoc Requests**: Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, ensuring timely completion.
* **Additional Responsibilities**: Perform additional tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Bachelor's Degree**: A degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or mathematics.
* **1-2 Years of Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on data entry, analysis, or operations.
* **MS Office Suite**: Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and analyze data.
