**Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, MSO, your key responsibilities will include:
* Entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces with precision and accuracy
* Reviewing work orders to verify customer warranty claims, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
* Accurately entering data into corresponding fields within various software programs, including Microsoft Office
* Completing warranty work for various vendors, tracking items to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Acting as a backup to our Customer Service Representatives by assisting with taking overflow telephone calls during high call volumes
* Participating in special projects and performing other duties as required, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability
* Working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in a relevant position, preferably in a data entry or customer service role
* Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is highly desirable
* A High School degree or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and organizational skills
* The ability to read, understand, and perform standard procedures and work instructions with ease
