* Receiving and submitting customer requests into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
* Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk (e.g., whether the issue was resolved or requires further coordination with the customer)
* Emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates on their issues
* Maintaining a high level of organization and focus to ensure each ticket is closed out quickly and efficiently
**Ideal Candidate**
While prior experience is not required, we're looking for individuals who have a strong background in I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer.
