**Job Summary**
We're seeking a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to work up to 30 hours per week from the comfort of their own home. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, providing exceptional service, and troubleshooting technical issues. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshooting 1st-level technical issues via inbound calls and/or voice mails, emails, and alerts.
* Providing clear and concise communications and following up with customers on company schedules, requested lead, and delivery times.
* Working with the Tier 2 team to seamlessly pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently.
* Tracking, routing, and escalating unresolved issues to management.
* Remaining current on constant process updates and technology used within the company.
* Performing duties with awareness and in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
* Performing other duties as directed by management.
**Your Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent.
* A reliable internet connection (this is a must-have for this role).
* Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
* Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Order processing systems, and Contact Management systems.
* The ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service.
* The ability to multi-task (i.e., talking and typing simultaneously) in a fast-paced environment.
* Organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills.
* Professional communication skills with a high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion.
* The ability to navigate through multiple systems.
