**Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Professionally answering inbound calls from customers, policyholders, insurance agents, or auto glass shops using scripted prompts.
* Accurately entering claim data into our production systems while on a live phone call.
* Effectively guiding customers through the process of filing a glass claim, engaging in authentic conversations that build rapport and focus on each customer's specific needs.
* Verifying customer insurance coverage and deductible amounts, and communicating this information to the customer.
* Assisting customers with scheduling repair, replacement, and/or recalibration services at a arenaflex location or at a non-arenaflex shop, while honoring the customer's preference.
* Utilizing systems and resources provided to enhance the overall customer experience.
* Providing solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call, while presenting the most accurate product and service information.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Residency**: Must reside full-time in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, or Texas.
* **Equipment**: Must provide your own equipment, including a personal computer or laptop with Windows 10 or higher, high-speed internet that meets our requirements, and a USB wired headset.
* **Workspace**: Must have a dedicated workspace free from background noise and interruptions.
* **Previous Experience**: Previous experience working in a contact center or other customer service role is required.
* **Age**: Must be at least 16 years old.
* **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a successful remote work experience, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* **Personal Computer or Laptop**: Must have a personal computer or laptop with Windows 10 or higher.
* **High-Speed Internet**: Must have high-speed internet that meets the following requirements:
