**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Register sales on assigned cash register and provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
* Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
* Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience
* Provide customers with recommendations for sale items, trade-up, and companion items
* Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested
* Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
* Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records
* Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
* Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
* Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise
* Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures
* Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine
* Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers
* Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance
* Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a retail or call center environment
* Knowledge of store systems and store equipment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
