As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time, every time. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce**: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing guidance and support to help your team members excel in their roles.

* **Collaborate with all support teams**: Work closely with our Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources teams to develop plans that meet business objectives and drive success.
* **Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach**: Meet the physical demands of the role, which may include lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
* **Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts**: Work in a fast-paced environment that requires standing and walking for extended periods.
* **Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud**: Adapt to changing noise levels and work in a dynamic environment.
* **Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather**: Be prepared to work in a variety of temperature and weather conditions, including outside loading departments.
