**Responsibilities**
As a Pharmacy Technician/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following duties:

* **Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License**: You must have an active license as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of New Jersey.
* **Previous Experience in Pharmacy**: You must have previous experience working in a pharmacy setting.
* **LTC Pharmacy Experience**: Experience working in a long-term care pharmacy setting is preferred.
* **Knowledge of Medications**: You must have knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
* **Attention to Detail**: You must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* **Computer Skills**: You must have moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
* **Telephone Etiquette**: You must have excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
* **Framework/ECM Knowledge**: Knowledge of frameworks and ECM systems is a plus.
* **Education**: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
