**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Flexible Remote Chat Operator – Customer Service & Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing live chat messages on business websites and social media accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining engagement through chat interfaces. This is a beginner-friendly role, and full training is provided, so no prior paid live chat work experience is necessary.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage live chat messages on business websites and social media accounts
* Help answer customer queries, provide product or sales links, and offer promotions or discounts directly through chat
* Maintain engagement through chat interfaces, ensuring a positive and personalized customer experience
* Collaborate with the arenaflex team to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
* Basic English writing skills are necessary to perform the tasks effectively
* Reliable laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
