**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative – Shareholder Communications, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to public companies, handling shareholder communications, and navigating complex situations with poise and professionalism. You will be the voice of arenaflex, ensuring that our clients' needs are met, and their concerns are addressed in a timely and empathetic manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to public companies, handling shareholder communications, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Navigate complex situations, including contested proxy meetings, and provide clear, concise information to shareholders
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of shareholder communications, including inbound, outbound, and email responses
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in shareholder communications
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role or industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows (10 or 11) and USB headsets
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience in shareholder communications, proxy solicitation, or a related field
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in shareholder communications
