* Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete, and methodically review completed work to ensure computation errors or duplicate values are corrected before submitting the final product
* File information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems, and investigate reports and sheets of data to identify trends and patterns
* Sift through websites for information, and retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress to ensure seamless workflow and efficient data management
* Collaborate with the data entry team to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems and databases
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) preferred
* 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field; beginner experience in spreadsheets and databases is a plus
* Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and attention to detail
